i loved how easy it was to check in and out. the subway was so close (which was awesome!). the onsen was a lifesaver after all the walking i did. i definitely recommend it! also, i found the convenience store on the 2nd floor super handy.
The pillows were really hard (like bricks, seriously!). the bed felt shorter than usual. the elevators were a nightmare. I waited forever for one to arrive. it was pretty stressful when i had a train to catch!

i found the staff friendly. my room had lovely views from the window, the bed was comfy. the bath unit was also a good size. the lawson store on the 2nd floor was super easy to access for any quick needs.
waiting for the elevators sometimes took longer than expected, especially during peak hours.
